Every year, Level 1 Productions brings together a handful of the most talented “unknown” skiers for a competition unlike anything else in the industry.
What makes it so special? The winner takes home a hefty cash prize and is given the chance to shoot with the Denver-based production house for its upcoming movie this fall. Beyond the prizes, however, it’s a chance for more than 10 of the most stylish, skillful amateur skiers to sesh the park at Winter Park, build new connections and to progress the sport together. Some of the tricks we witnessed in the Part One, above, had our heads spinning—and we’re certain yours will, too.
As told by Level 1 Productions:
Winter Park Resort has rolled out the red carpet for SuperUnknown Finals yet again, stacking some of the most technical jib and jump features we’ve ever seen, and delivering on our request for blue skies and warm spring temps. This year’s crop of Finalists is our most global yet, brining their individual styles and skill sets from eight countries around the world-each with a unique approach to skiing which is guaranteed to make this year’s Finals a tough one to judge.
