“Return of the Turn: Dolomites” – Marcus Caston Heads to Italy in Search of Pizza, Pasta and Powder

It’s the return of Return of the Turn! We know it’s confusing, but you should be as stoked as we are. Return of the Turn has been a skiing staple for half a decade, with the show now being hosted on the Blizzard Tecnica YouTube page. (Don’t worry, you can still watch old episodes right here.) Focusing on deep snow, hard skiing, laughs and of course, many clean turns—the series has filled a void in the ski content world and built up a damn good reputation.

The one and only Marcus Caston and friends kicked off season seven of their legendary show with a trip to the Italian Dolomites. Pizza, pasta and beer were on the menu, but bloated stomachs didn’t stop the crew from voyaging beyond the resort and back again in search of the perfect turn. Making use of the Dolomiti Superski, a resort with over 450 lifts and 1,200 kilometers of terrain on one ticket, Caston brings us a sampling of what might be the best ski experience in the world. We might not turn like Caston, but that doesn’t mean we can’t all learn something from both his skiing and culinary taste.
