Leo Ahrens’ new short film combines an entertaining narrative with kickass skiing

Powder hunter Leo Ahrens just released a new short film, titled The Shadow Of Mackenzie, featuring a Western-inspired editing style and some burly skiing, all taking place at Revelstoke Mountain Resort. Here’s how the filmmakers describe the plot:

“They say… no man who enters the shadows comes out alive. The allure of Mount Mackenzie’s dark side, otherwise know as Revelstoke Mountain Resort, plays host to countless folk tails, fables and myths. A land where men are made and the weak go missing. Leo Ahrens explores the shadows with nothing more than a pair of skis and a dedicated mind. Conditions reach an all-time high and no feature is left untouched. Will he make it out alive?”

Sit back, relax and enjoy both the entertaining story line as well as some kickass skiing.
