Need some inspiration to get you hyped on skiing? Look no further than this latest clip from the Real Skifi crew out of Finland. Known for their quirky approach to “hitting the slopes” you’ll see here that snow isn’t a necessity to having fun with skis on your feet.
In their own words, this summer edit “is a journey through the warmest season in Finland. Filmed completely without snow, the video takes you to the creative end of skiing art using not only a pair of skis, but also skateboards, DIY ramps and duck tape.” From waterskiing-inspired antics to grinding rails in the skate park, skiers Juho Kilkki, Ilkka Hannula and Verneri Hannula certainly have an imaginative approach to the off-season.
