You know we wouldn’t leave you hanging… Was yesterday (Monday) the best pow day of the season? Arguably so.
Put in half a day of skiing with Bernie Rosow, Garrett Russell and Christian Pondella (a day w/ deep blower pow, I might add) and special things are destined to happen.
Be fair warned, this video won’t make you feel any better for having not made it to Mammoth this weekend. Yet, if you were lucky enough to join in on the feast, go ahead, play it over and over… relive winter at its finest. (It is still winter, right?)
Mammoth now has over 200 inches on the books for the 2011/2012 season (yes, mid-March is a bit late to reach this total) and I must say, the Mountain is looking healthy. Have your doubts? Did you watch the video above? That went down yesterday and Sunday… End of discussion.
