Adaptive skier Vasu Sojitra goes “Out on a Limb” in backcountry ski flick by T-Bar Films

Adaptive skier Vasu Sojitra has a unique ability in the ski community: the skills to rip the backcountry on one leg. Despite losing his right leg to a blood infection when he was nine months old, Sojitra is constantly pushing the limits in the backcountry. Columbia Sportswear is proud to present Out on a Limb, a short movie by T-Bar Films that chronicles Sojitra’s inspiring story and documents his pursuit to summit peaks, drop big lines and surf deep pow in the Vermont and Québec backcountry. The film was a finalist at the Banff Mountain Film Festival and the winner of the Winter Wildlands Backcountry Film Festival.
