[GIVEAWAY] Win Two Cardiac 3L Kits from Backcountry for you and a Friend

This week we’re teaming up with Backcountry to get one lucky winner and their best ski buddy some new threads. Backcountry’s all new Cardiac GORE-TEX 3L kits are the quintessential kit for skiers who value quality gear above all. Enter the sweeps via the link below to enter by midnight on November 28.

Men’s Cardiac Gore-Tex 3L Jacket & Bib

In recent years, Backcountry has stepped out from behind the counter to do some in-depth research and development to bring seriously good gear to the ski market. The technically-proficient Cardiac jacket and bib are prime examples of this commitment, riding the fine line between technical performance and stylish color-blocking. The technicality begins with a fully seam-sealed construction that uses GORE-TEX ePE 3L membrane, body-mapping and articulated design for maneuverability and protection on-the-go.

Angled pit zips ensure that a backpack won’t interfere with venting and side zips on the bib combine to create a drop seat when needed. A bevy of high and low pockets allow you to carry everything you need and also pass through the chest, granting access to the interior mesh pockets to snag some snacks on the fly. Around the cuff of the bib, you’ll find Kevlar kick panels for durability, zippered gussets for versatility and stretch boot gaiters for comfortability.

Women’s Cardiac Gore-Tex 3L Jacket & Bib

The Cardiac GORE-TEX 3L kit from Backcountry is a great option for the ladies in search of a technically-adept outerwear combo that doesn’t skimp on the details. The three-layer construction includes a good amount of stretch so you can meander your way through the mountains without constriction, while a strategically-mapped GORE-TEX ePE membrane provides protection from the elements. The lightweight jacket features angled pit zips for easy ventilation on high-output tours, a two-inch drop tail for a bit of extra coverage and steeze, and a helmet-compatible hood to keep you protected when the wind starts whipping.

The bib sits just below the bust for a comfy fit and has outer-thigh vents that turn into a drop seat for quick and easy bathroom breaks. Kevlar kick panels prevent wear and tear and a chest pocket offers some nice storage but the key components of these bibs are the massive thigh pockets. Women’s outerwear doesn’t always have the pockets we need for all of our ski day essentials. Luckily, the Cardiac bib is not most women’s outerwear.
