Radius 19 m @ 182 cm

If you’re old enough to remember throwing daffys, wearing day-glo one-pieces and slipping into rear-entry ski boots, you might just remember Rossignol’s legendary slalom ski, the 7SK. Rossignol has unearthed the retro teal and pink graphics it had for the new Super Blackops 98 but don’t let the old school topsheet fool you; what lies underneath is a modern ski that you can air, butter and carve all over the mountain.

Scott Sea 98

The Sea 98 is an all-mountain Swiss Army knife that brings a freestyle feel to a classic, directional shape. A poplar wood core is the driving force of the ski, providing a soft flex with impressive pop that you can really feel when shredding moguls and popping off side hits. To provide stability and vibration-damping to the wood core, the Sea 98 gets a Titanal reinforcement underfoot.
