Every now and then, you’ll come across a crash video that just gives you a queasy feeling. Everyone watching tries to look away, but can’t, as some poor skier tumbles down the mountain. A crash so brutal it almost makes you want to quit skiing. Almost… but, obviously, that won’t happen.
Ladies and gentlemen, here is that crash. During the Scandinavian Big Mountain Championships, Sofia Wikström took one hell of a spill, as you’ll see in the video above. Somehow after all that carnage, according to TGR, she walked away with only a broken wrist and a couple scratches—like an absolute champ. Big ups to Sofia.
