REI kicks off winter with annual Pray For Snow party in Denver

Last Friday, REI Denver got the winter started with a bang, hosting it’s annual Pray For Snow party that features live music, movie screenings, beer tastings and loads of free gear. This year, the event featured music by local artists OptycNerd and Eufórquestra, fresh drafts from 10 Barrel Brewing Company, whiskey tastings from Laws Whiskey House and a slew of brands in the industry, such as Patagonia, Icelantic Skis, YETI, Burton, Osprey and The North Face, who got the crowd stoked with product giveaways and discounted gear. Check out our full photo gallery below, which highlights some of our favorite moments from the annual retro ski attire fashion show, a sneak peek at the speakeasy-style whiskey tasting room and more. See you on the slopes!
