The 3rd Annual Lumberjack Log Jam

Santa Cruz County, CA- In a world of overblown commercial contests, The
Lumberjack Log Jam aims to make snowboarding and skiing contests fun again
through a course like none other. The terrain park at Squaw Valley USA will be
transformed completely. Obstacles intended to look like trees will be made into
boxes and rails, quarter-pipes will be stationed for tree bonks, and a step up to a
log cabin are only a few things you might see on the course this year.
Participants may not land on the cover of a Wheaties box, but we do promise to deliver one of the most inspiring courses ever. Our hopes are for skiers and snowboarders to take themselves less seriously for one day out of the season and remind us all how much fun there is to be had on the mountain. So please, grow your beard out, wear your flannel, grab your axe and ox, and come on out for a day of fun at our 3rd Annual Lumberjack Log Jam, presented by us, your friends here at Sessions.

The top 40 sponsored amateurs in both ski and snowboardering from around the world compete for the 3rd annual Lumberjack Log Jam title. This years sponsors are Schetcter Guitars, Skullcandy, Atomic, Zola Antioxidant Power Juice, Kicker, Hanes, and Ogio.
