While their counterparts are headed for Vermont, Team K2 took up Sunday River on an irresistable offer and has set its sights on Maine. It typically takes a little longer than three hours to drive from Boston to Sunday River, but with a winter storm bearing down on the New England area, it’s tough to say how long the excursion will take today.

Not wanting to waste any time, the crew headed up Interstate 95 and knocked off a non-ski challenge: go surfing. They’re also focusing their efforts on another on-going challenge: consume the most Wendy’s. Both teams are off to great starts, and only time will tell who comes out of this one victorious.
