We’re well into Summer here at Freeskier Magazine, and for the guys that handle the print department it means they’re hard at work writing, organizing photos, placing ads and prepping for the best damn year the magazine has ever seen.

However, here in the online and video department the summer months bring us a more relaxed time where we can sit back and plan for our upcoming year. During all this strategic planning and visionary foresight our minds occasionally stray to the wild side as far as what we can do to provide you guys with sweet content during the summer months.
Last week, during a Red Bull infused brainstorming session, Freeskier video intern extraordinaire, Gabe Freeman came up with a gem of an idea that I am proud to announce right now.

I want to see Gabe Freeman eat cat food
For every 200 people who join this group before August 13, 2008, Gabe Freeman will eat a can of Fancy Feast (a full-size can, none of that miniature shit). The video will be posted on Facebook and Freeskier.com. More members means more mayhem, so tell all your friends.
All you’ve got to do is head over to Facebook and join the “I want to see Gabe Freeman eat cat food” group. With your help, we can get Gabe well over his 200 member marker and see him compare and contrast all different flavors of Fancy Feast. As always, Freeskier’s resident video mastermind Mike T. will be live and on the scene shooting and editing this masterpiece which is assured to garner critical acclaim on the internets.
