Skier Ian McIntosh takes a nasty 1,600 ft. spill

This is easily one of the gnarliest crashes we’ve ever seen. The spill went down last season, while filming for Teton Gravity Reasearch’s 2015 film, Paradise Waits. The skier? Ian McIntosh. We’re certainly happy that he walked away from this 1,600 foot yard-sale unscathed.

TGR writes via its Youtube page, “Pro skiing veteran, Ian McIntosh, narrowly escapes with his life after what TGR Co Founder, Todd Jones, says ‘was the most terrifying crash I’ve ever seen.’ While filming for Paradise Waits up in the Neacola range of AK, Mac dropped into a line he thought he had studied thoroughly enough, only to fall into an unseen five foot deep trench on one of his first turns. ‘From there, my slough took over and their was no way to stop, I pulled my airbag to help prevent against any possible trauma injuries as I tumbled to the bottom,’ he said. While attempting to regain his footing, Mac lost a ski and cartwheeled over 1,600 feet in under a minute.”

Colter Hinchliffe tackles all in 2014-15 season edit

Colter Hinchliffe is an animal. The Aspen native spent the 2014-15 ski season destroying places like Snowmass, CO, Japan and Alaska, mixing a bag of huge backcountry tricks with technical aptitude in no-fall-zone terrain. Hinchliffe just released his 2014-15 edit, with footage from Stellar Media, Vital Films and TGR for your early season viewing pleasure.

Nicky Keefer destroys PCMR in 2015 B-Roll footage

Here’s a bunch of “leftover” 2015-16 Park City footage from style master Nicky Keefer. As expected, Keefer’s B-Roll is better than most A-Roll. Witness Keefer’s sickness in the video, above.

Dylan Siggers is currently crushing early-season pow

Dylan Siggers and the Burrrlapz crew have been getting after it this season. The Line Skis athlete and friends have been conquering early-season pow across Fernie Alpine Resort in Fernie, British Columbia, tackling the November goods. Be sure to peep the crew’s latest web project above, and start frothing for the fluffy days in your near future.

Two daredevils fly beside a commercial airline…with jet packs

“Armed with unguarded ambition and the vision to push boundaries beyond the unthinkable, Jetman Dubai and Emirates A380 take to the skies of Dubai for an exceptional formation flight,” writes XDubai via YouTube. Take a second to think about what flying will be like in the next twenty years… Trippy, man.

Swing and a miss

I’m not sure anybody has ever been more confident than this man going into question number one of “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire.” To every viewers pleasure, he got possibly the easiest question in the history of the television show incorrect. #BoneHead.

The Shampoo Prank

This is easily one of the best pranks going right now. The pure frustration from the victims will make any prankster chuckle any and every day of the week. Take notes, fools.
