It’s no secret that Fischer’s total redesign of the Ranger series is meant to shake up the freeride side of the industry and that especially rings true for the new Ranger 108. In collaboration with athletes, including William Larsson and Sverre Liliequist, the engineers over at Fischer wanted to make the new Ranger 108 more of a quiver-killer than ever before. With the design characteristics to slice and dice as well as float and plane, Larsson and Liliequist head to their local skin track in Åre, Sweden to test out what these new 108 planks have to offer in their unique terrain. What the Swedes find is an all-around reliable ride that makes any day out in the mountains better just by being on a pair of the new Ranger 108s.
