Sunny skies and 60+ degree temps welcomed a talented crew of competitors at Mount Snow today for the Mount Snow Freeskiing Open. The level of competition was remarkably high and in the end Chris Logan walked away with first place and a $1500 check issued on the spot. Chris put down a blind 360 switch up on the up down box, blind 4 out of the flat up box, switch misty 9 mute on the first hit, blind 6 out on the rainbow rail, 450 onto switch on the down box, switch left 10 blunt and a switch right 10.
LJ Strenio earned $1000 and second place with a front up blind up, misty 4 out of the up box, switch rodeo nose mute, blind 3 switch up blind 2 out over the trap box, 2 onto forward on the down box, right 9 tail and a switch misty 9 mute.
And Chris Laker rounded out the podium in 3rd place (and $750) with a blind swap, blind 4, switch left 9 tail, 360 switch up 2 out on the trap, lip on the down, right cork 9 tail and a switch dub 10.
