It’s nearly that time of year again. As the temperatures climb in the Northern Hemisphere, the flakes begin to fly in South America. This summer, SASS Global Travel will once again invite female skiers (and snowboarders) to its 7th Annual Women’Session, hosted in the incredible Andes mountain range of Argentina. The progression session will once again feature professional skier and SASS Argentina veteran Michelle Parker, serving as the participants’ guide to the epic backcountry terrain.

Parker and fellow SASS Guide, professional snowboarder Robin Van Gyn will act as a liaison to the backcountry, spreading awareness and safety for aspiring athletes. The SASS Argentina Women’Session 2015 will operate during “Session Three”, running from August 15th through the 22nd.

SASS Global Travel, the worldwide leader in surf and snow adventure travel, invites skiers and snowboarders (who happen to be female) down for a specialized women’s specific big mountain backcountry progression session in Argentina. 2015 will be the seventh year SASS has operated the Women’Session. Professional skier and SASS Argentina guide, Michelle Parker, along with professional snowboarder and SASS Argentina guide, Robin Van Gyn, will be leading the week.

Michelle and Robin have a combined 20 seasons down in Argentina. During the Women’Session it is their goal to introduce female skiers to the unreal terrain of the Andes and share their passion for Argentine culture while having more fun than anyone else. Skiers and riders are invited to join them in their element and learn from two of the top female snow athletes in the world.

While in Argentina clients will be guided by these maidens of shred into one of the most incredible backcountry environments in the world. SASS wants to pull back the curtain of intimidation and let ladies experience how the pros do it. Guides Robin Van Gyn and Michelle Parker will be on hand to show small groups of like minded women looking to advance their big mountain abilities and backcountry awareness.

The SASS Argentina Women’Session 2015 will operate during Session three running from August 15th through the 22nd. Don’t worry, guys are invited during this time as well, and it just might be the perfect opportunity to avoid typical mountain-town ratios.
