Arapahoe Basin will spin the lifts for the 2015-16 ski season on Thursday, October 29. A-Basin joins Loveland as being the first resorts in Colorado to open this ski season. Winter exploded onto the season over the past week, with several snow storms blanketing the high country with October snow. The Black Mountain Express lift will transport skiers to mid-mountain, providing access to the High Noon trail.
