Vail agrees to buy two midwestern resorts
Vail Resorts, the company that owns resorts like Vail, Breckenridge, and Kirkwood, agreed today to buy Afton Alps in Minnesota and Mount Brighton in Michigan. The total cash consideration for the purchase is $20 million.
