SuperUnknown 21 approaches! The original video talent search hosted by Level1 brings together riders from around the globe every spring in search of the next champion. This April, FREESKIER is heading to Mammoth Mountain with Level1 to bring you live updates and coverage from the freestyle mecca.
The Level1 SuperUnknown Finalists of 2024 are in. Last week’s wildcard voting wrapped up on April 7, letting the people decide which Semi-Finalists (one male & one female) would be making it into the finals. You, the good people of freeskiing, completed your civil duty. After four days of voting, it was Keagan Supple and Josephine Howell who were chosen as the Men’s and Women’s Wildcard finalists. That means that we now have our complete lineup dialed in for SuperUnknown 21. Of course, there will be a handful of pros at the event as well, but the names below are those eligible for claiming the winning title of SuperUnknown 21. Out of the hundreds of talented skiers that submitted video entries for this year, these are the top 16, the creme de la creme. Check out their full entry videos below.

These finalists will head to Mammoth Mountain, California, April 18-23 for six days of riding at Mammoth Unbound, one of the top park operations in the world. Over that week, they will be joined by pro skiers from around the world for a rare jam session of freeskiing. All the while, however, our finalists will be competing to see who will be the ground SuperUnknown 21 champion. Many will enter, but at the end of the week, there can be only one. FREESKIER will be onsite delivering a live look at the action, so keep your eyes peeled on our pages as we cover one of the finest events in skiing.
