With a camera in hand and skis on his feet, Birk Irving has been keeping the people entertained with his recent series ‘Dirk Days’. Starting a few months ago and chronicling Birk’s off-season schedule along with some friends, the series latest episode now gives us a look at what the gang has been up to at the Oregon summer skiing mecca. As one can usually expect, the hills of Mt Hood have been cookin’ this summer.
