We’re pretty sure this is the best contest ever. We are putting together a Freeskier/Giro collabo helmet, and our half-hour-long brainstorming session today was the most fun meeting we’ve had in days.
The outcome? Our ideas are too ridiculous, so why not let you guys and gals design something? It’s not every day you are asked to put WHATEVER YOU WANT on a quality piece of ski equipment, so here’s your chance.
Your design can consist of whatever you want, but to make things more interesting, we’ve decided that it must include the following items:
1. A robot
2. A flag
3. The Freeskier logo
4. The Freeskier snowflake
The design will be printed onto a black Giro helmet. You can use whatever colors you wish. Just submit your design in whatever format you’d like as a flat image. Don’t try to make it all 3D like a helmet will be; we’ll take care of that part.
The contest is open for the next week. Get your designs in by July 1, and we’ll pick a winner the next day.
The winner will receive his or her custom-designed helmet signed by a Giro athlete of your choice, or if we can’t make that happen, a Giro athlete of our choice.
So get sketching, illustratoring, photoshopping, scratch boarding and send your amazing pieces of art to [email protected].
Good luck, and may the robots be with you.
