Colorado Pow Forecast: A few days of sun, then storms return

Colorado Powder Forecast for week of Nov. 25

    HIGHLIGHTS

  • Sunny for next few days
  • Cold air keeps snow fresh
  • Powder day on Monday w/double digits

This past storm brought fresh pow just in time for a few more opening days, and the cold weather for the next few days will keep the snow fresh even with plentiful sun through Saturday. Low temperatures pushing -22F on Thanksgiving morning will give way to more normal temperatures for Friday and Saturday, so get out and enjoy the best early-season conditions we’ve had in a long time!

The next storm arrives on Sunday afternoon and continues through Monday afternoon, making Monday a perfect day to extend the already long holiday weekend. Snow should be a bit drier than the past storm, which will make the double-digit snow totals (for some areas) ski quite nicely.

And looking further ahead, another storm may sweep in toward the end of next week and early in the weekend. This is basically the best weather pattern you could ask for, so go enjoy the snow!
