[WATCH] Kajsa Larsson is limitless in POC’s Obex Spin

For Swedish freeskier and POC athlete, Kajsa Larsson, skiing is just as much about the hours-long approach as it is about the never-long-enough ride down. When Larsson finds herself ascending high above treeline, rappelling from rock faces to get to her line, she relies on the Obex Spin from POC to keep her feeling confident through every crux. No matter where Larsson’s next mission takes her, she knows she can rely on POC’s protective headwear and goggles to get the job done right. The short clip above follows Larsson to Chamonix, France, for the second installment of a three-part video series showcasing POC athletes in their element.

As POC describes, the Protect the Calling series is meant to show, “the longing for the mountains that sets off daydreams of anticipation. The feeling, that cares not for ability, history, or age, that inspires and makes you smile inside. The sense of expectation as dark shifts to light, warm turns to cold and your body fills with cold, crisp air and nature takes over. The calling has brought you back, every time better, every time more precious and in need of protection.”
