For the second year in a row Liberty Skis has come thru with cold-hard cash to support the Tahoe skiing community. Send those guys an email to say “thanks you’re awesome”.
Liberty Skis is putting up $3K for a winner-takes-all cash purse, during the 3rd Annual Jibassic Pro Invitational on 10.13.07. Top skiers and boarders will compete for individual $3K cash purses and split a $2K best-trick prize purse.
Skiers Ian Cosco, Rafe Robinson, Ben Schmitt, Zak Davidson, Tom Walisch, Rich Fahey and many more will compete on the 5 feature dual-staircases with a Red Bull Wall Ride to finish it off. Boreal is also showing Ibergs new movie “Idea”; this movie is going to rock the industry.
This is a very popular event in Tahoe, with live music, food and drinks, free stuff and great competition. Come out to Boreal on 10.13, gates open at 2pm. Oh yeah, we will also have a small public jib area, to get your early season fix.
