The Local Lange Girl contest is going off this year, and the entries are so strong we decided to extend the contest by one week, to January 16.

Last year more than 50 women entered the contest, posting hundreds of photos that racked up nearly a million views. Lange picked four regional winners, from both coasts and the mountains between, to represent the company at on-snow events. Each winner scored a Lange gear sponsorship, and Sarah, the national winner, was featured in a pull-out poster in Freeskier Buyer’s Guide. Once again, Freeskier and Lange will select up to four women to become Local Lange Girls. Plus, one national winner will win a trip to Lange’s spring event at Snowbird, Spring Daze. Also, a note on voting: Everyone is getting stoked on the voting process right now. While Lange will consider the popular vote as an element in its decision, votes will not be the sole determinant.
