If you are in the Pacific Northwest and free this Friday make sure to get to the evo flagship store to check out the “Walk The Line” fashion show. All proceeds from the evening will go to Protect Our Winters.

SEATTLE, WASHINGTON – October 22, 2010- evo Presents “Walk The Line”, its 1st Annual Fashion Show and benefit event.  The event will be hosted at the evo flagship store, 122 NW 36th St, at 6:00PM.  The goal of the Johnny Cash inspired event is to highlight the intersection between fashion and function of technical outerwear. The first annual runway exhibition will highlight current styles, trends technologies and brands for the 2010/11 winter season. We encourage people to come dressed to the theme and ready to celebrate the upcoming winter season.  Invites will be extended to local media, snowsports enthusiasts, industry representatives, influencers and fashionistas. 

This event is for everyone, even if you can’t be here for the evening we encourage you to participate. There will be a live Twitter feed during the show featuring commentary and imagery! You are encouraged to Tweet along side the broadcast and let us know if you like what you’re seeing while your feedback going to be shared with the world.  Designers and representatives from some of the companies will be on hand to talk about the product seen on stage and for a short Q&A after the show, including a special appearance by Olympic Athletes Gretchen Bleiler and Kelly Clark and emcee and Pro Snowboarder Rob Kingwill.  Proceeds from the evening will go to Protect Our Winters (POW).  Donations will be accepted at the door as well there will be a silent auction featuring Ski Destination packages from Crystal Mountain, Stevens Pass, Mt Bachelor and Whistler Blackcomb. Each include lift tickets, outerwear kits and select items from participating sponsors. There will be drinks, light appetizers, desserts, beats by DJ Sean Cee and parking/shuttle provided by Seattle MINI .
