High Quality Skiing During Low Tide in Variance’s New “mammoth spring” Edit

Hot off the heels of their most recent edit, “DENiM,” the Variance crew has dropped another Mammoth-focused cut from this past spring. After spending days on end ripping laps in the place of abundance that is Mammoth Unbound, filmer & director Jack Benziger compiled this two-minute masterpiece. While the previously mentioned project was shot on a hand-held Canon HF g40 and had a grainy texture, “mammoth spring.” is shot in high-quality 4k using a variety of angles.

The result is a beautiful amalgamation that feels warm, drawing you onto the sun-bathed slopes of Northern California in May. Featuring impressive skiing from Campbell Burrows, Luca Harrington, Steven Kahnert and Austen Abel, (and one of the biggest disaster 270s we’ve seen), this one’s a keeper.
