This is not just another Japan powder edit

There’s been a noticeable migration to the Land of the Rising Sun, a.k.a Japan, in recent years, thanks to the unfathomable amount of snow that blankets the slopes there each winter. With those journeys have come countless videos of skiers surfing powder that most snow-enthusiasts have only dreamt about.

That being said, you can’t blame Internet-goers for becoming a bit numb when a new Japan edit comes out. However, Flo Bastien and Nikolai Schirmer just put out a not-so-ordinary highlight reel from what they refer to as a “blizzard inferno” over in Japan. The edit features a unique blend of POV, aerial and other camera angles, along with a killer soundtrack (Quantum Leap by John Maus) that gets the head boppin’.
