Antti Ollila heads to Ruka, Finland for some soul shredding in “The Break”

Finland’s Antti Ollila has had a busy season, competing in slopestyle at the Dew Tour, X Games and the Winter Olympics. After the competition season, Ollila took a break and headed into the park at Ruka Ski Resort in Finland for some low key soul shredding. Here’s what Anti had to say about his season, via his Vimeo page:

“[I] had a super busy season doing all the comps including the Dew tour, X-Games, Olympics……got tired of going from place to [place] doing the same tricks on almost identical courses everywhere; a couple of rails and a jump line. The courses really need to change, add corners, quarter pipes, smaller jumps, because it’s the main reason why most comps are so boring to watch already. I decided to take a break from competitions for the rest of the season and focus on shredding for myself, learning new tricks and filming. Took some days to film this quick edit and after that I’ve been doing some filming for Neli Pictures’ new video project dropping this summer/fall. Stay tuned, it will be something good.”
