On Friday, October 4 at 11:00 a.m. MT, we’ll be unveiling the cover of our November issue—the 2014 Resort Guide, Volume 16.4—via live Google+ Hangout. We’ll be joined by Sammy Carlson, who graces next month’s cover. Talking points throughout the Hangout will include Sammy’s X Games Real Ski Backcountry win, his annual invitational event, summer at Mt. Hood and the season ahead.
While we’ve made it aware to the public that Sammy nabbed the cover, we didn’t release the image. Instead, we invited folks to guess the photo for a chance to win a prize pack, including APO Sammy C skis, a Dakine pack and mitt, Skullcandy Crusher headphones, Oakley Crowbar goggles and a Nike jacket.
