New year, same Jackson Hole. The gettin’ has been good for our friends at JHMR as winter 2024/25 rolls on. After a lackluster start to the season, storms have been pounding the area with wave after wave of cold temps and heavy precipitation descending from the Northeast. If you picked Jackson as your holiday or New Year’s getaway, you read the magic 8 ball correctly.

The latest of these weather events dropped a boatload of snow on the mountains in the general Wydaho area. JHMR has clocked over 11 feet of snow since mid-December to be precise, with three feet falling in the last eight days. All these numbers don’t mean squat without the evidence of course. Pics or it didn’t happen, as they say. We reached out to JHMR and secured a few shots chronicling the deep-end journey of skiers Jeff Leger, Max Martin, Reily Gibson and Anna Gibson.

The forecast is calling for a short break in the action at JHMR, which means it’s the perfect time to line up a trip in the coming weeks. Click here to get started.
