Squaw Valley to open Thursday, October 25 for one-day fundraiser event

Squaw Valley will open on Thursday, October 25 for skiing on Exhibition between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Squaw is charging $20 per ticket, the proceeds of which benefit the Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows Ski Team Foundation. Tickets are available for purchase at the Guest Services & Sales Center. For $20, you get to support the local ski team, celebrate the new snowfall and ring in the winter season—sounds like a pretty good deal to us.
