It dumped again in Aspen/Snowmass this weekend! We’ve received up to four feet from this last storm cycle in Aspen/Snowmass which rolled in on Thursday night and stayed through Saturday night. Aspen Highlands (which opened Sat. along with
Buttermilk) has received over 70 inches of snow in the last seven days. Highland Bowl is open!
Current base depths on all four mountains are double the average for this time of year. We’re opening more terrain daily and additional openings are scheduled for this weekend.
The Audi Aspen Winternational Women’s World Cup was also here this weekend. The races went off despite the snow. The downhill was actually postponed a day and the U.S. Women’s Ski Team got to go rip up the pow. Check out their video https://youtube.com/watch?v=bnRfMG9GF98
