Our friends from Fat-ypus down the way in Breck not only make some incredible powder skis, they also have a team stacked with rippers that you may not know. Especially if you donāt follow the big mountain/extreme comp scene. So with that in mind, let us (re)introduce you to John Mason.
Riding out of Breckenridge, John represents Obermeyer, Smith Optics, Opedix, Polarmax, Lone Star Sports in Breck and of course Fatypus. Heās on the extreme comp tour, most recently taking 4th at the 2009 US Extreme Skiing Championships in Crested Butte. Heās recently appeared in āThe Wish Listā, a Blacksmith Productions film (2009) and in the Fat-ypus team podcast we just featured up. Check it out.
