Deals abound at Stratton as the U.S. Freestyle Championships roll into town

The US Open Snowboarding Championships have come and gone; Vermont native Kelly Clark and Japanese Kazu Kokubo were crowned champions. Stratton turns its focus to athletes on two planks. The U.S. Freestyle Championships are set to begin March 22 with competition going on through March 27. Event schedule and credential registration details below!

Freekbass at Grizzly’s Night Club – Saturday, March 26. Doors at 8:30pm, band on at 9pm.

U.S. Freestyle Championships – Tuesday, March 22 to Sunday, March 27. The contest will bring the U.S. Freestyle Ski Team as well as the best of divisional skiers from across the country including Stratton’s own Avital Shimko of the Allegro Program. Most likely on Tyrolienne, this event starts early! Registration gets you access to one of the most fun spring jams on the calendar. Cash and swag to be won, free lunch for all participants.

Mountain Mayhem: Saturday, May 28.
Skiers and boarders won’t want to miss the Second Annual Stratton Mountain Mayhem jam, a freestyle mash up, ‘park builder’s pick’ event featuring cash prizes and swag. Come get a summertime snow fix when we reopen for a day in May for the rail and jump jam.
