Biography

AJ came onto the scene in 2008 when he won the U.S. Open halfpipe. Since then, he has added several podium finishes to his career and hopes to continue on this trend as the 2014 Olympics approach. AJ is also known for being one of the advocates for the switch movement in the pipe. Besides having wonderful hair stylings, the Finnish skier took 1st in halfpipe at the New Zealand WinterGames in Cadrona in 2013, and has top ten finishes in pipe at the 2012 Dew Tour at Snowbasin, 2012 New Zealand WinterGames in Cadrona and 2012 The North Face New Zealand Freeski Open.
