In order to make a ski movie, you need some snow, a video camera, a few skiers and some sort of slope to ride on. Although they had a crew of talented French skiers, they were without a major budget, so they decided to extract data from social networks and create a matrix to help solve their problem. Add in in locations across the French and Swiss Alps, and the result is Alpha.
