Action-sports media company Teton Gravity Research (TGR), based out of Jackson Hole, Wyoming, just released the trailer for its next ski film and, to no surprise, it’s dope. Far Out, the 33rd ski film from TGR, is set to premiere in Teton Village, WY, on September 15 with an entire tour to follow.
Far Out follows the perspective of an athlete on a quest to seek out undiscovered realms and inspire new waves of creativity in the Albanian Alps, one of the most remote and unexplored mountain ranges in the world.
Starring Angel Collinson, Dane Tudor, Jeremy Jones, Elyse Saugstad, Tim Durtschi, and many more, it’s the film’s youngest shredder that makes Far Out so unique for TGR. Making his ski film debut is 12-year-old Kai Jones, the son of TGR co-founder Todd Jones, and winner of the under-12 overall title on the International Freeskier Association’s big-mountain competition circuit last year.
Follow these athletes all over the planet as they camp out deep in the Purcell Mountains of British Columbia, take on the urban landscapes of Kamchatka, Russia, and go after the Crazy Mountains in Montana, the Slovenian Alps and Girdwood, Alaska.
