Austrian freeskier Sandra Lahnsteiner, director of the 2010 flick As We Are and the 2012 movie Shukran Morocco returns as skier/director in her newest film, Shades of Winter. “This is a movie about strong women who have dedicated their lives to a passion, a passion which connects us all,” says Sandra Lahnsteiner. The movie stars Rachael Burks, Lorraine Huber, Janina Kuzma, Sandra Lagnsteiner, Matilda Rapaport, Caja Schoept, and Pia Widmesser, and includes additional highlights from the 2013 Nine Queens competition in Austria. The film premieres at the 2013 IF3 Montreal on September 15.
