Chris Davenport is one of the most decorated big-mountain skiers of our generation. Davenport has won two World Extreme Skiing Championships and is known as a leader in ski mountaineering—making him a true icon of our sport. This fall, Red Bull Media House is debuting a series titled The Faces of Dav, showcasing the multiple elements that make Davenport the father, innovator and legendary skier that he is. The Faces of Dav will be released in eight episodes: The Engineer, The Minimalist, The Father, The Mountaineer, The Explorer, The Adventurer, The Guide, and The Legend.
“Since I was a little kid, I’ve loved skiing so much, I wanted to be involved in every aspect of it,” Davenport says. “This video series isn’t just ski action, it’s a documentary about my life. We were able to take a step back and tell more of my story. It’s personal and it gave me a chance to share who I really am.”
