The good times aren’t always delivered right to your door. Sometimes you have to pony up, as they say, and meet new friends in the wild winter that awaits.. Hit the trail in search of that which inspires you. That’s exactly what the Blank Collective did in their 2022/23 season. From California to Japan, with a few stops in between, the crew snagged some incredible lines and a once-in-a-generation storm (or two) along their way.
Josh Daiek and Stan Rey are still absolute monsters on the sticks, in case you forgot. ABM is a slopestyle genius turned backcountry guru. Jess Hotter is one of the toughest skiers we know. The list goes on and on for this stacked group. The Blank Collective follows a relatively standard filming format when it comes to big productions, but make no mistake, they’re some of the best skiers on the planet.
From YouTube:
“Fortune Hunters” follows a group of determined skiers in the rugged North West. As winter’s unpredictability threatens their bounty, they embark on an epic journey reminiscent of legendary frontier sagas.
Facing treacherous terrains, they chase the ultimate skiing prize through gold rush storms in Lake Tahoe, unfamiliar mountains in Japan and prove their skills in the high country. The film captures their grit, camaraderie, and unyielding quest for the perfect ride, echoing the spirit of wild frontier adventures.
