Colter Hinchliffe takes top honor at annual NEPSA film awards

Aspen local Colter Hinchliffe knows how to throw a segment together. Earlier this October, the freeride skier took top honor in front of a hometown crowd at the annual NEPSA film contest, which features short movies, no-longer than five minutes focusing on spreading the stoke for winter. Featuring clips from a springtime trip into the Whistler backcountry with friend Todd Ligare, Hinchliffe’s final cut certainly did the trick—winning him $1,000 in prize money and, more importantly, a year’s worth of bragging rights.
