The Power of Four is Colorado’s most anticipated ski mountaineering race. The competition begins at Snowmass Resort, before hitting the summits of Buttermilk, Aspen Highlands and Aspen Mountain for a grand total of 24 miles and over 10,000 vertical feet of climbing. For reference, last year’s winners John Gaston and Max Taam finished in just over four hours and 37 minutes. To hype up the event, taking place on March 2-3, Aspen Snowmass put together this amazing spoof video featuring two beer-lovin’, denim-rockin’ bros who have a lot to learn about uphill skiing.
