The infamous International Freeski Film Festival is Europe bound for the 3rd consecutive year. On October 3-4, Innsbruck Austria will welcome the iF3 crew, a plethora of this year’s best ski movies, and loads of partygoers into the city for a weekend of good times and sick flicks. Throughout the two day festival, there will be 20 movie screenings from top industry production companies including Level 1, Poor Boyz, Stept, and many more. Innsbruck, Austria: The International Freeski Film Festival iF3 will return to Innsbruck for the 3rd consecutive year – just in time to kick off the new season! On October 3rd and 4th, the best Freeskiing movies from all over the world will be screened and the famous iF3 parties and concerts will once again shake the city to its foundations—A weekend not to miss out on.
The two festival days will showcase around 20 movies, included among them are highlights such as the newest flicks from Level 1, Poor Boyz Productions and Stept, topped with outstanding works coming from the German-speaking scene: Shades of Winter, Freeski Crew and Headbud Production’s — a documentary revealing the truth behind Legs of Steel — latest works will be screened. During and between the movies, attendees can meet athletes, filmmakers and photographers in person. We are looking forward to an international field of pro riders. Freeskiing is at the heart of the festival – in all its facets.
You can expect top rider performances on the screen and great accomplishments by those who have worked behind the lenses. Regardless of whether you are a big mountain freerider or hardcore urban jibber, there will be something for everybody. Additional to the movies and everything revolving around freeskiing, the iF3 has a lot more to offer: skate mini-ramp, an open-air beer garden, a lounge area, a café and renowned music acts. The iF3 is a platform for freeski enthusiasts to come together, have a good time, share the passion of the sport and to develop it further.
