After a surreal Silver Belt 2025, FREESKIER and Sugar Bowl Resort launched the Silver Belt People’s Choice Award. You voted, we counted and the results are in!
We’re excited to announce that Indy Boyer and Hank Stowers have been chosen as the 2025 Silver Belt People’s Choice Award champions. Both skiers laid down incredible top-to-bottom runs in The Silver Belt finals, pushing their limits while looking smooth and controlled throughout.
Boyer turned on the heat out of the gate, lacing a right 360 off the top kicker and then heading over to the middle of the course, where she put a double backflip right to her feet. After a front flip, backflip and flat three, she cruised into the finish corral, stoking out the crowd. Click here to watch Boyer’s full run.
Stowers also came out swinging, with a nose butter seven off the top ridge line right into a front flip, followed by a massive cork seven over the infamous gap feature! It was off to the races from there, with a crowd-pleasing stink bug grab and a lofty backie to close the run. Click here to watch Stowers’ full run.
