With the conclusion of Men’s Ski SuperPipe last evening, X Games Aspen was officially brought to a close. But don’t cry! The party isn’t over just yet. There was so much action going down over these past three days that we’re almost positive you didn’t catch it all. So whether you watched every event, or didn’t see a single highlight, you’ve come to the right place. We at FREESKIER have prepared a cover to cover recap of all the X Games skiing insanity, complete with the final podium standings, video recaps and highlights, of course.
A few stand out moments: Trevor Kennison becoming the first adaptive athlete to hit the big air jump, (a 70 foot gap!), Nico Porteous laying down one of the meanest pipe runs in recent memory, Tess Ledeux grabbing gold in BOTH Slopestyle and Big Air, Jake Mageau oozing style while tossing on the knuckle, Edouard Therriault loosing a ski first run during Big Air but continuing to put on an unreal performance. This year was an unbelievable showing by so many riders, so take your time and page through the offerings.
