Yesterday afternoon, just steps away from Copper Mountain’s American Eagle Chairlift, the après scene was bumping at Incline Bar & Grill. With low temperatures, 16 open runs and 7 open lifts, people were ready to top off the day with cold drinks, awesome tunes and good vibes.
Gear giveaways were aplenty, ranging from ski goggles to a backpack to a free pair of Elan Ripstick 106s. Many had spent the day taking advantage of the ski demos taking place at the base of the mountain and that, paired with 225.5 acres of open terrain, meant everyone was in the winter spirit.

If Copper is on itinerary for this season, check out the beta below.
Where To, At Copper Mountain:
Ski: If you’re an expert skier looking for adventure, head to Tucker Mountain off the backside of Copper. This expert terrain complete with free snowcat access is the closest backcountry experience you’ll find in bounds at any ski resort. If you’re looking for some cruisers, check out the short, intermediate-rated terrain off Timberline.
Eat and drink: Endo’s is a perfect spot for lunch, dinner or après in a relaxed atmosphere. Endo’s serves up burgers, sandwiches, salads and more in a sports bar-like atmosphere complete with arcade games and a new cocktail menu including four different varieties of Moscow mules.
Stay: If you’re looking to be at the center of all the action, book your stay in Center Village. All of Copper’s events and many restaurants and retail locations are here, all within several hundred yards of each other.
What’s new at Copper: Three new restaurants have opened up at Copper this season. First up is Mahi’s Street Tacos, a grab-and-go taco joint that serves up sustainably-caught fish tacos as well as steak, chicken and vegetarian varieties. Then there’s On the Rockies, serving up craft whiskey beverages and American fare for lunch, dinner and late night. Finally, Eagle BBQ provides mouth-watering, smoked meats with all the traditional BBQ fixins’ and sides.
Copper has also kicked off its Après Alley every weekend throughout the winter season. There is giant shuffleboard, giant cornhole, ping-pong, fire pits and free live music.
