We held a contest in collaboration with Salomon and Wasatch Powderbird Guides with the ultimate prize: a trip for four to go heli skiing!
Shops around the country were asked to post up photos of why their shop was the coolest in the land. Photos showing their attitude, service, clients and everything that makes a shop a shop were posted up to salomonexposed.com.
Then, anyone with a Facebook account was able to 'like' their favorite photos. The shop with the most votes was the winner…
It was a close race to the finish, but as the final whistle blew, Skirack in Vermont took home the cake with over 100 'likes' on each photo submitted! Amazing.
“I still can't believe it," says Ski Rack's Ryan G. Rubino. "All I can say is that I am super stoked that we are getting to shred deep unadulterated powder and not only that, we get to whip around in a helicopter all day. Seriously awesome. Skirack will get to send 4 employees on a heli skiing trip this spring with the Wasatch Powderbird Guides in Utah, as well as get a behind the scenes tour with Salomon around their home mountains.
