Competitors from all reaches of the globe dropped into the slopestyle course at Copper Mountain today, gunning for a spot in Saturday’s Grand Prix slopestyle final. A sanctioned FIS World Cup and platinum level AFP event, the Grand Prix is among the biggest competitions of the year.
The competitors were separated into four men’s heats. The top two from each heat, in addition to the four men who banked the next highest scores regardless of their heat, earned a spot in the final. Here’s a breakdown of who you’ll see competing on Saturday:

Women’s slopestyle qualifier will be held Saturday morning before finals. Freeskier will be on site covering the superpipe and slopestyle finals on Friday and Saturday, respectively.
